At Watchpost Outfitters LLC, we provide mission-ready gear. To maintain the integrity of our logistics and the transparency of our operations, please review our field policies below.

I. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Lead Times: Because we curate a diverse inventory from in-house stock and specialized distribution partners, lead times vary.

  • Standard Items: Typically ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Partner-Fulfilled (Dropshipped): Certain tactical gear is shipped directly from manufacturing partners. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Tracking: Tracking information for partner-fulfilled items may take up to 5 business days to become active in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the Continental US (CONUS). We do [not] ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time due to carrier restrictions.

Damaged/Missing Shipments: Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported to info@watchpostoutfitters.com within 72 hours of the carrier’s "Delivered" timestamp.

II. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Vigilance Standards (Condition): Items must be in "as-issued" condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all factory tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened survival supplies (MREs, rations, etc.)

  • Used or unsealed water filtration systems.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with broken factory seals.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Processing Time: Once your return passes our quality control inspection, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your financial statement.
